We are far greater than we ever could have imagined

The universe is an infinitely creative and infinitely intelligent force. And you are not just connected to this creative and intelligent force, you are this creative and intelligent force.

The beauty of this experience we call life is that we get to be both human and divine at the same time. My Dad, Rob Bell, says everything is spiritual. I grew up hearing that.

It wasn’t until I had a real embodied experience of what those words were pointing to that they became real to me. Waking up to my true self completely altered my reality in the best way possible. Paradoxically, realizing my oneness with everything helped me own my uniqueness, gifts and purpose in a much greater and more profound way. It made being Trace so much more vibrant and fun.

Our reality shifts when we know ourselves on the deepest level possible. An integrated life is one where we have owned both our inherent divinity and our humanness. An integrated life is where we see that our humanness and our divinity are not in opposition to one another but that there is actually a synergistic relationship between the two.

I guide people to live from a place of integration within themselves that is connected to their true essence and intrinsic joy.

I believe there is a more beautiful world possible that is centered around equality and wholeness. But we can only create this world if we are healed and whole within ourselves first. The external is always a reflection of the internal. We must embody a truly interconnected way of being before we can create systems, structures and communities that reflect the truth of interconnectedness we feel in our hearts.
