We are at a pivotal moment in our history- the interconnected web of systemic crises, often called the polycrisis or metacrisis, is threatening the future of human civilization and the planet itself.

I believe this collective crisis is an invitation into a new way of being and a new way of thinking about the world. We are presented with a choice- devolve into a lower order way of being as a result of the challengers of our age or mature into a paradigm that is complex, flexible, and integrated enough to handle the radical complexity of the 21st century.

My work has been focused on teaching this new paradigm of integrated thinking, living and being and then supporting people on their journeys of embodying it and creating from it. I'm passionate about the process of inner development and the outer expression of gifts and talents to serve the collective.

Along with some other partners I co-founded the Holon Institute which is dedicated to co-creating social, ecological and cultural conditions that actualize the omnipotential of human creativity.
