Meditation Series

Meditation has been one of the most important practices for me in my life. There are so many incredible benefits to having a consistent meditation practice. Meditation has allowed me to connect more to my body, live with more clarity, explore consciousness and better rest as the peaceful stillness that is in the background of every experience.

Having deep meditative experiences can be transformative. I love sharing the gift of meditation with others and exploring new ways to connect through this practice.

 

Heart Meditation

Spiritual traditions since the dawn of time have talked about the power of living from the heart. To truly live from the heart requires a certain level of courage and the ability to just allow and accept what is present in the heart rather than avoiding or resisting. The practice of just feeling into the heart is an important practice as it strengthens our connection to our hearts and brings us to a place of more acceptance and love. In this meditation I take you through a process of connecting to the heart and connecting to that peace and stillness that is at the core of your being.

 
 

Body Presence Meditation

Our bodies are such a gift. They are these beautiful vehicles we use to interact with the world through. One of the many gifts that our bodies give us is acting as a gateway to the present moment. There is an inner aliveness to our bodies that is always available for us to connect to that brings us to the here and now. In this meditation I take you through a process of connecting with that aliveness in your body that takes you to that space of stillness beyond thoughts and mental chatter.

 
 

“What Am I?” Meditation

Many people have their identities completely wrapped up in their thoughts, their feelings and their bodies. They believe what they essentially are is made up of these things they experience. But what is it that is experiencing all of these? There is a deeper you that is aware of all these phenomenon and beyond them. In this meditation I take you through a short process where we look at the magnificence of your thoughts, your feelings and your body to connect you to your essential nature.
