About Me

From a young age I have been guided by a sense of wonder and awe towards reality that felt like it lived deep in my bones. Life felt like a perplexing, sacred gift that mystified me in all of the best ways. My curiosity caused me to constantly explore, question, and learn about everything that fascinated me. Through expansive experiences in early adulthood I gained a clarity and confidence in who I was and what I am here to do.

I graduated from UCLA where I studied how human beings organize themselves and relate to one another. I am fascinated by the way that our internal transformation and growth is reflected in the external systems and relationships we create. This led me to cofound Open Aware which is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential through integrated living, systems thinking and embodiment.

I followed my passion for entheogenic healing and trained to become a psychedelic integration guide through the Psychedelic Coaching Institute.

My interests and fascinations span a large continuum and Iā€™m always learning about meditation, fitness, psychedelics, spirituality, holistic thinking, psychology, art and how I can live more fully. I live in the SF East Bay, California.
